Opuscule Consulting is me, Ludovic Barreca.
Fifteen years of software engineering, from writing the code to running the tech team. I started at SensioLabs, the company behind Symfony, then co-founded Staffmatch and built all of its technology as CTO. Since then I've advised and built for startups, small businesses and large companies. Most of what I've built never had a public page: internal tools, back-offices, data pipelines. Those are the things that keep a company running.

Since AI models became genuinely capable of work, I spend my days plugging them into real data and real tools, and seeing where they break. That's the experience I bring to small businesses: no slides, no “AI strategy”, things that work on Friday.

Co-founder and CTO. The temp-work platform built from scratch, web and mobile: a team of 20 developers, nearly 90,000 temp workers, a €3M funding round.

Fractional CTO and consulting. Interim CEO of Echelle in Tokyo (pxl.jp, for independent musicians), an online course platform for a business school.
