How I invoice
Sprint: 50% on order, 50% on delivery. Partner: invoiced on the 1st of the month, cancel any month. Build: in stages, scope written before we start.
My guarantee
If at the end of the Sprint you have nothing usable in production, I refund the deposit: you pay nothing. It has never happened, and it's designed so it doesn't.

What does an AI consultant cost?
We start with a one-week Sprint at €1,200 excl. VAT, fixed price. Then you choose: the AI Partner at €900 excl. VAT a month, up to 10 hours and no commitment, or a fixed-price project from €2,500 excl. VAT, priced before we start.
How soon do you see results?
One week. On Monday we find the tasks that cost the most hours. From Tuesday to Thursday I build two or three tools. On Friday they run and the team knows how to use them.
Can my app built with Lovable, Bolt or Cursor go to production?
Yes, without rewriting everything: we keep what works and reinforce what needs it. The “Open to real customers” offer, from €1,200 excl. VAT, adds a separate test environment, checked backups, tests on sign-up and payment, and alerts before your customers see a problem.
Can the AI send things to my clients without a check?
No. AI prepares, a person on your side approves: nothing goes out to a client or a supplier until someone has said yes.
Who owns what gets built?
You do: the code, the prompts, the automations and the documentation, hosted on your accounts. No imposed platform, no hidden subscription.
Do I need clean data or particular tools to start?
No. I need one person who decides, two hours on Monday, and honest access to how the work really gets done. If your data is a mess, putting it in order is part of the work.
What if the Sprint delivers nothing usable?
You pay nothing: I refund the deposit. On Tuesday morning we write down together the two or three tools and what each one must do. If on Friday none of them does what was planned on your real data, tell me in writing within 7 days and I refund the 50% paid on order. On your side: access on Monday, two hours of your time and the person who does the task; if an access is missing, the deadline moves by as much. The tools are yours once paid, and the guarantee applies once per client.
